Bug with Kereska's Favour
Kereska's Favour, granted by the legendary staff you can get in Act 3 for some reason screws up the Z hotkey for flight on my draconic bloodline sorcerer. Soon as I lose the buff I can use the hotkey again. Strange, but I have noticed certain buffs bugging out other things like performing with instruments.
