Enchanment Wizard's Hypnotic Gaze Is Incorrectly Implemented

This ability, in Baldur's Gate 3, is once per long rest. It is otherwise identical to the feature in the Player's Handbook, but without any other changes/buffs it is extremely bad.

The ability in the Player's Handbook is once per long rest *per target*. If the intention is not to deviate too much for the original 5e rules then this ability should be adjusted, either to properly represent how it works in the PhB, or be buffed in some other way. As it stands, there seems to be very little reason to play an Enchantment Wizard.
