ritual dagger of shar - in shar sanctuary - minor error

What i did and what happened:

I saw the dagger. i did the interaction with it. had shadowheart do the sharran sacrifice, all good. Looted the items.

Then I got greedy. I wanted the dagger too.

I thought there might be a trap in the room, so i ran everyone out, spawned a mage hand, and had it throw the dagger to my guys. Good throw, all across the map.

Guardians spawned, I cleared them out (thank you radiant damage).

dagger is lying on the floor where I threw it.

When I try to pick it up, it triggers a cutscene of the altar room, with only dialogue option as leave. And thats it. dagger is now bugged, cant pick it up from the floor or via cutscene anymore.
