a glitch involving sneak attack

I have a glitch I would love to show you involving sneak attack, where it's telling me I can only use it once a turn even though my rogue is acting first on the round and hasn't done anything yet. And when I try to just use sneak attack anyway, it says "not enough resources %%% EMPTY"

I would love to show that to you, but unfortunately I am also having a bug where hitting shift-tab is taking me to some party menu instead of the steam overlay, and hitting f12 doesn't take a screenshot.

So one bug is preventing me from accurately reporting another bug, which is a fun situation to spend 20 minutes chewing on.

If you use your rogue to sneak attack and it starts the fight due to some other NPC seeing the death or the NPC you attacked not dying it takes up your first turn action. I know assassin has a level based perk that allows you do take another action first turn if they did the out of combat sneak attack.
