Cinematic Bug Alert - Blighted Village windmill goblins

Went to the goblin leader at the windmill, read his thoughts, crit failed the roll. Leader attacked, took a large hit from Lae'zel, he surrendered and they ran off. I went behind the windmill and pulled the brake lever, received a cinematic from the goblin leader telling his men to check out why the windmill had stopped, even though they were no longer there (when circling back to free the gnome they had indeed fled)

I've also seen some Shadowheart dialogue bugs when she's talking about her Lady Shar, where it gives the wrong dialogue choices on the screen that don't match their answers.
