[Tasha's Cauldron] Speak with Dead as Wizard spell (extended Spell List)

Hello all,

since we use some content from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything already, Id like to propose Speak with the Dead to be added to the expanded Wizard spell list. This is one of the spells that form a difference between the Wizard and Sorcerer spell lists, being unavailable to a Sorcerer.

For reference, the spells that optionally expand each Classes spell lists, can be found under ... ( source: http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/spells:optional ).

Speak with Dead has many uses in this game, opening up additional content, and it would be beneficial to add this spell to more players party compositions. Gale the Wizard would now have access to this spell in addition to Shadowheart, so if a player dislikes Shadowheart he would still be able to access this content when taking Gale along.

Some other spells that would be affected by this proposal include:
- Enlarge/Reduce for the Bard and Druid, opening up access to tiny corridors while being reduced in size
- Enhance Ability for the Wizard, increasing the odds of succeeding in Ability Checks
- Protection from Evil and Good for the Druid, giving various Immunities vs some of the uncommon enemies encountered in a playthrough

And others. Opening up these spells for use by other casters would make the workhours invested into adding these unique spells to the game more viable.
