Smuggler's Ring is Wrong

It shouldn't give you a penalty in Cha - given that it only boosts a couple of skills, the penalty should also be similar, and give a penalty to all Cha based skills, not Cha itself.

This is so that Cha based casters can use it, without messing up their casting stat, but will still suffer from bad social rolls.

Permanently decreasing an ability score (and yeah, I know you can just take it off) is generally a bad idea, but I like the ability of this ring to make you better at one thing and worse at another - it just needs to be focused on the ability rolls, and not the stat.

Eh, it's still pretty damn powerful for a low level item.
Also, I equip it on my titular rogue (usually Astarion) so my "face" of the party is unaffected and everyone is happy.
