Multiple charcters and save games

As someone who generally likes to play gmaes with several charcters, it can be somewhat difficult to manage save games and i'd like to have my save games separated by character, like for example dragon age inquisition does it.

I already do this by starting a new profile for each new character.

You also need to turn off Cross-save with Cloud. That's what I do. A new profile per character and no Cross-save. Works perfectly.

Otherwise, with Cross-save on, it autosaves to the same profile and will overwrite other character's autosaves. I also had some other weird glitches occurring with Cross-save, causing save files to not upload right to Cloud. Another reason I turned it off.
