First of all, I would like to remind you that the animals have their own personalities, there is nothing about our ability to speak with them and understand eachother that will denote an 'undivided amount of respect and love for us'. They are basically 'people' and as such will have their own personality traits and likes / dislikes.
That being said, Speak with Animals is a spell in the Druid repertoire and it is concentration-based it is not like the one you get as a ranger that lasts until your next long rest. In that, concentration will be broken as soon as you utilize another concentration-based spell.
I will also say that the one doing the updating on the BG3 Wiki did not put in the patch 4 druid version and just copy/pasted the ranger version of Speak with Animals into the druid spell list, so that will also cause some confusion.
I'm also under the impression that the Speak with Animals druid version is moreso for pinch interactions in your humanoid form, since you can speak to animals while in a wildshape form anytime you want.
Lastly, I just tested this in-game, and the spell tooltip says concentration-based yet when cast the icon says 'remains until fully rested' and after casting Guidance, the concentration was broken and the spell disappeared so that is a bug / technical issue that needs to be addressed.
