Maybe we shouldn't over optimize party... (some spoilers)
... I did that, on this (my 5th) run of the game... Honour rules, custom game. And for a time it was fun, super OP, one shooting lots of enemies with Minthara, Black Hole-ing the whole field like they were nothing and then Nyrulna-ing them to oblivion with 4 to 6 throws per turn... etc... But when you get to Raphael with a 12th lev. optimized party and you roast ALL minions in 2 turns without a scratch and then move on to demolish the 4 pillars and Raphael in another 2 with only Wyll getting a slight burn on his feet because I didn't bother to move him from where he was standing and poor Raphael spent all time cowering and taking damage, Honestly I felt sorry for the poor devil... I realize MAYBE I went too far on optimization...

Lesson learned: Being OP can be fun, but that type of fun erodes pretty fast...

I think I'm going to a previous save and fight him solo, for a little more spice. :D

Custom setting has several settings. Just because you have it set to Honor Mode Rule set for bosses, does not mean it is near as challenging as Honor Mode is.

What are the rest of your settings?

And there is one setting, which can make the bosses harder. Proficiency. Set to a - setting. And the rest of the combat to Tactician. Allow them to crit. Single save.

Or better yet, just play the game on Honor Mode. You will find yourself being more cautious.

I pretty much done that with barrelmancy and it was fun. With 20-30 various barrels (don't remember the exact number), I completely wiped the place with a single fire arrow. All four pillars gone and most of his minions dead after my first attack. It was a really, really bad day for Raphael because with my luck my monk blinded him with his Blood of Lathander,

I already completed a full Honour mode run. Since I don't want the single save file anymore, for my next run (this one) I selected ALL Honour mode options BUT the single file, of course.

Ah, yes, I used gunpowder to start this fight in Honour (to take no risks) but this time I was more relaxed (no single game save) so I did it raw. Only used a some 5 or 6 throwable hand grenades to finish off the pillars after I disposed of the minions.
I find I have to heavily mod the game to make combat interesting/challenging.
Older gamers already know this from when cheat codes used to be a thing.

Infinite everything in GTA is fun for like, 5 minutes.
