As it is now, Dark Urge's version of the evil ending was extremely disappointing since it was just 1 word difference between regular evil and Bhaal ending. I assume they wanted to leave it up to your imagination but it still felt very lackluster in comparison to all the other endings.
Yeah, that's if you take Bhaal's gifts and don't tell him to eff off but still decide not to dominate the Netherbrain. Bhaal deems you a failure and the curse of his blood drives you into a complete rabid animal mode.
Can't imagine it would be much different from the ending cinematic we have. You atop the brain going from world to world spreading the new Illithid empire, the only thing even remotely capable of stopping you firmly under your control.
For those without imagination, you're just SoL.
