Will the *spoiler* be blown up?

I'm talking about the zhentarim basement location. Will it be blow up once I leave or will it be accessable?
I'm friendly with the zentharim, just wondering weather I should loot/steal everything while the basement is still there.

Do whatever you prefer, it's not really crucial to the storyline whatsoever. Their hideout will not "blow up" if that's your concern. If you want to loot the place you can do it until a certain point of the game.

It doesn't blow up at any point, it just becomes inaccessible like all of Act I after a certain point of no return in Act II.

You could, however, ignite the explosives whenever you fancy with a thrown smokepowder bomb or whatnot.
