Cannot end day at "Celebrate at Camp" (Tiefling party)

I am currently partying with the Tieflings in camp after taking out the goblins. I've spoken to every single party member and NPC. I pet the dog. Everyone just repeats themselves at this point - "go enjoy the party" etc... Halsin is green on my map, but he says the same thing. Gale wants to give me a "magic lesson" but just tells me to be patient. If I try to go to bed, I get a "long rest globally disabled" message.
What do I need to do to advance things?
I've looked in forums and watched videos of players at the party and they can just go to bed.

Ohhhhhhh f**k me. I was so distracted by the party that I forgot I have the "any party size" mod and my party is too big.
