Romance after I skipped it at tiefling party?

For personal reasons I decided not to commit to any of the companions at the tiefling party, because I thought telling them I like them is now available at every night of long rest. I still do want to start a route with Karlach, I'm doing a good playthough so she's not going anywhere, and I was curious - can I start a romance with her ever again during the game or was the tiefling party the only opportunity?

I'm sorry if it's a dumb question but I could not find an aswer ANYWHERE.

Funnily enough I literally just did almost the same thing, but a little different. I initiated the romance, telling her I’d meet up with her that night, but instead met up with shadowheart. From everything I’ve read it says you can have 2 romances at the same time, but I’ve been unable to get any romance options.

I just tried initiating a romance with Lae’zel (which worked) and then breaking it off the next day, I am thinking maybe it’ll retrigger Karlachs by flipping a flag

Anyway going to follow this if anyone can help us out 😅

How do you initiate romance outside of the party at the camp? I've had no options so far

You can't. The camp is where it happens. But what choices you make during the game play will have a impact of it happening at the camp. In other words, don't piss them off too much. Get a lot of approvals. And the best romance scenes with Karlach, happen in Act 3.

Could you please tell me how to trigger literally anything after tiefling party? I have high enough approval of Karlach but I never get any special options at the camp despite not commiting to anyone but her, game just kinda forgot abt it. What could be the issue?

Talk to her. Even if she has no ! above her head. And also, have you used the Infernal Iron to have Dammon try to fix her heart? In starting area and in the Shadowlands? And it is Act 3, that things can get more serous with her.

You are. You can't get deep into her romance until later in the game after doing some stuff. You need to do the two steps to have Dammon try to contain her overheating Heart.

One in Act 1 at the Druid Grove. The second attempt at the Last Light Inn in the Shadowlands. You will need to find some Infernal Iron. One pc. for each step. So any that you find, don't sell it. You can find some in the Underdark, when you go to the Grymforge area.

And another pc in the one building basement at the Blighted Village.

Have you done the first repair effort at the Druid Grove by using the Infernal Iron? If not, you need to that.

Edit. Sorry, not been awake very long. If you missed that step, I am not sure if you can. I don't miss that part if I want to romance her. It's very important.

Ok, gonna check this method later today. Thanks alot! This game has so much around at all times it's easy to get lost in quests.

It has a lot that can be missed. I missed a lot of content and correct steps when I first started playing. But after more 1500 hrs in the game, I still enjoy it a lot.

So don't worry about not getting what you want on your first play run. I have 5 complete play runs and several ones I still have not finished.

Oh hells, it says he dissapears temporarily after the quest with defending the grove and I'll find him next time in next acts. Was this the only way?

This is simply not true.

I *usually* get the Lae'zel "first audition" scene well before the Party. I have also gotten the Shadowheart "spend a night with a bottle of wine" scene before the party.

You can start the romances before the party.
