Auntie Ethel fight in Honor Mode can bug out

A friend and I have played through the game several times in both balanced and tactical, but in honor mode Act 1 Ethel has some new tricks up her sleeve. Unfortunately, she can bug out and spawn a duplicate clone of herself that has her current HP and CANNOT be killed even with Cull the Weak. We subdued the real Ethel and ended her conversation, but Mayrina was still stuck in combat and so were we with the unkillable clone. We immediately saved and quit in the hopes that support could solve this issue since it's honor mode, but our backup plan is to try to throw the clone into the chasm if support can't solve it. Just a heads up for anyone nearing this fight in honor mode.

Ketheric has a similar problem. The necro-whatever adds, when you kill them, sometimes will immediately respawn. And by 'immediately' I don't mean as a legendary action, or on their turn, I mean at the moment regardless of if it's my turn or not, and even if you haven't hit 'end turn'. Killed the same necro 3x in a row on the same turn with Karlach before running past and just ignoring it.

Larian is not known for their QA...
