Wyll is as you enter the part of the Emerald Grove where the people are training fighting. He's the guy training a kid Teifling. I'm on my first play through, so I haven't found her yet either.

i dont know his name... If you never meet them in the game how would i know his name? Its a prominent feature he has, which is why you knew exactly who i was referring to immediately.
