i have found out how to kill kith'rak voss

i don't know how but upon using spike goth to start the encounter from stealth it turned all but one of the gith tep hostile including kith'rak voss then i paralized him karbans poisen and paralized him then aftre those 2 turns where up he did't i managed to kill him even tho he took down karlach if i finger out how to post a pick i will show u his body
btw the dragon has just been siting there

i attacked the dragon its legendary action wiped my last 3 characters yes it was a honour mode run that was near the end of act 2

now dishonour run the dragon can't be killed to much hp will use legendary action but won't start combat letting hit heal all it hp back

If you had to wait till the end of act 2, you might as well kill him at the start of act 3, in Sharess Caress. Just killed him and Raphael in the devil's room. He drops his own sword and the legendary one. Raphael just vanishes though as you can't kill him outside of hell. How? Two containers of runepowder, the forge bomb and a ton of small smokebombs all in a backpack thrown into the room. Then I reloaded, as I don't use Laezel this run and I still want to play around with the big booms (I'm trying the coronation next).
