There's a beggar in the lower city with her son (by the old Troutman) you can interact with her AND her son but can't give them anything (coin, food, etc.)

Why even make this one character interactable but not be able to actually help??

It makes me angry because there's another beggar by the counting house that you CAN GIVE COIN TOO, like??? Also she was rude to me... I'd much rather help the mom and kid
