Screenshot mode

Can we get a screenshot mode already. The game is so good for screenshots yet the camera is so restrictive, and there doesn't even seem to be any mods with a sort of free cam toggle.
A screenshot mode that pauses the action, gives completely untethered camera movement and zoom, and the ability to resume the action at like 25% speed would be amazing.

The problem is I don't want a free cam at all times moving around wildly and clipping into the environment. And as far as I know none of them fix the auto camera adjustments from characters moving or being selected, or finishing actions. The only thing I've ever managed to turn off with them is the auto zoom out when making attacks.
