I mean can you still get her back if she goes to the creche herself later?
And la'zael is just talking, you can still go back to creche finish her quest as long as you don't go too deep into act 2 main quest(point of no return, game will warn you that.)
If she's not already left the party, you should still be able to go back to the monastery trail via the mountain pass without entering the shadowlands - afterwards you can go back through the underdark passage and complete Halsin's quest without either of them leaving I would have thought.
I never play with Halsin though, but he stays meekly at camp during the side-trip.
It doesn't matter if you've first saved the spirit of the land or not either.
