My honor mode run may have just ended due to a bug

I snuck up on Flind and the gnolls on the risen road and he ran over and the dialogue prompted, only for it to disappear by the time I could space bar through it. Now all of my characters are stuck in combat without their UI's. I am unable to quickload as many forums suggested fix this bug due to honor mode.

Well, I'm not certain how to help you out of this particular situation, but do bear in mind that there are several workarounds for honour mode's save file restrictions. While I don't necessarily recommend using them indiscriminately, as they defeat the purpose of "honour mode," you can: enter task manager to "end task" BG3, preventing an exit save from being made; or you can enter the save files, copy and paste your current save into a different folder, then, when desired, transfer that save back into the save folder when the game isn't currently running, effectively restoring an earlier save.

I'm not certain how to help you out of your specific issue, but, if you end up needing to restart, these methods can help you from falling victim to bugs when trying to make it through honour mode.
