I CAN'T PASS TO ACT 3, PLEASE HELP

When I try to move on to act 3, via Baldurs Gate Road, a message appears stating: "A member of your group is not ready to proceed."
I've already killed Katheric Thorn, rescued Oliver and Thaniel, basically all the missions in act 3 of underdark are already finished. However, the task of dispelling the curse is stuck with a message saying that I need to kill the general, as I have already killed him and a mission to recruit allies has appeared.
I already tried everything and still remains the same message that i cannot pass because someone of my group can't.

Underdark is in Act 2, not Act 3.

In any case, have you done a Long Rest in camp, and have you talked with ALL the characters there, even if they have no conversation exclamation over their heads?

Also, check your full, active quest list and see if there is a 'Talk to so-and-so" still to do.

Something has been missed. Just need to find it. :)

Also, it is always a good idea to Verify Files when an odd occurrence shows up. Just in case. :)

Have you talked to all the companions including Halsin, Thaniel and Jaheira? Try talking to anyone you can at Moonrise, too, and see if that changes anything. Beyond that, I don't know.

Yeah, i already talked to everyone and the dialogues are the same right now, i try to find if i missed some important quest on underdark, but i really didn't find anything

Using now or have ever used any Mods with BG3?

That could be the problem. Lots of misalignment with Patch #16 and Mods.

You have a few options. One is to go pester the Mod authors to update their Mods so they work again. Another is to clean all traces of BG3 from your system and reinstall. Backing up and copying your saves after the reinstall (not using Cloud Saves).

If the Saves won't work, and you wish to use them, the only option is to pester the Mod authors for an update.

It might be something else. Very hard to know. If it is anything 'normal' it will have to do with current NPCs in your camp or your uncompleted Quests. You should not need to do any 'new' quests to transition to Act 3.

If you need instructions on how to do a full and complete uninstall of BG3, post back. Will watch this thread for a couple of days or until you say that it is working again. :)

Did you really kill Ketheric? Killing Ketheric means killing Myrkul. Did you just kill Ketheric on the top of the tower and not chase after him down the tower?

Assuming you did, the only time I've ever seen that message (I'm over 700 hours right now) is when your full party is not with you. One of them is still in camp, or one of them is somewhere else. Dismiss all summons and make sure the full party is with you. Beyond that, I agree it could be mod interference if you are using mods.

Yeah, i totally kil Ketheric and when i go to try again to continues the act i'm with the all party, only isobel and Aylin are in the camps

I think you are going to have to give up on the Mods. And hope your Save files are not totally linked to requiring said Mods.

Post back if you need information on how to do a complete and full uninstall.
