Blade of the First Blood - Spoilers

Is this something you can actually get? Orin drops blood thirst, and crimson mischeif everytime I kill her. I one rounded her this time and looted and I saw that it was called Stone Encrust Blade or something along those lines at it had the necrotic damage on it, so I looted and ended up with blood thirst in my inventory. I have tried every method I can to get the necrotic version and always end up with bloodthirst. Is this an item that has just been data mined and players can't get it?

I think it has to do with if you kill her before you kill the cultists.
