steel watch foundry how to enter after destruction?

Can you enter the foundry after its already destroyed? i never was in there and wanted to explore it but i cant find a way to enter it.

I'm fairly certain that players can have their characters explore it only prior to its destruction, and if they don't want to do the related quests, their characters will need to be very sneaky to explore it.

No, if it's destroyed then the building is done for and can't be entered anymore.

But I'm also curious how did it get destroyed without you doing the destruction (or at least getting inside and have that certain npc doing it)? (It wouldn't surprise me that this is possible but I just wouldn't know how this can be achieved)
