Can a Wizard summon a Imp?
If yes, how a Wizard can obtain the "Imp Summon Spell"?

Yes and you can find one in the same cellar as the 'Necronomicon'. Learn this version of the spell, it is a special imp.

EDIT: oh, it is a Quasit, not an imp...

Only Pact of the Chain Warlocks can summon Imps
