Unpatched Bugs: gloves of battlemage's power, free cast

I love this game but I am wondering how Larian chooses what to patch. Lot's of odds and ends were covered in the last hotfix but there are two big ones in very useful features that have been there for a long time. Gloves of Battlemage's Power, which are supposed to proc arcane acuity charges, does nothing. I tested them in camp and others have reported this going back several patches. No help from Larian on this otherwise very valuable item. And most players have no idea they don't work.
Another one is Free Cast, one of the top-level Illithid powers that is great for casters with high level spells. It works once and then will not reset even after long rest, unless you remove or place equipment on your character. At least it works with underwear. And this does not last so you have to spend an action to undress or dress right before you want to use it. If you are hasted its possible to make it work otherwise you waste a turn.
Please Larian how about looking into these two?
Anyone else have their most annoying bugs they want to ask for help on?

So it's weird. I think I saw somebody say if you use Free Cast, take off your helm, and put your helm back on again, you can use Free Cast again. Which is, of course, not how it's supposed to work. Now you're saying this is also true for underwear - shame you have to keep taking that on and off, LOL.

Yah, looks like a serious bug, report it to Larian. Only way this stuff gets fixed.

Both bugs Dutifully reported to Larian. by myself and others. I just got the Gloves in am Honor Mode run and it makes me sad that they don’t work.
