What do you enjoy in general? Melee combat? Sneaky types? Destroying hordes of enemies with your spells? Self-buffing or buffing others? Like to play tank? Or rather throw things at people? Or throw insults and spells? Like animals? Any combination thereof?
Want to be the one who does all the talking and want a chance to talk your way out? Like to use trickery? Or do you rather solve problems with a big sword?
Note that you can change your class and stats from a point early in Act 1 for just 100 gold. So should you not enjoy it, it's not a big deal.
What you are stuck with is race and background. So these are the more important choices in the character editor.
What do you see yourself as? What role would you like to play?
personally I think fighters and paladins would be the easier ones to play, since they're simpler

this is my first time playing crpg (its different than rpg right ?)... i really like stealth and i wanna try using human/elf... human/elf is it perfect for rogue or not ?
Fighter is a great class, except you can get a fighter companion right away. Same with cleric.
But any class that seems fun to you is a good choice.
I agree with this. Esp the Champion class Fighter. It's just a simple attack and crit more often. And when you add some other companions as you do your play run, you will become familiar with what other classes can do.
besides a wrong answer only costs you 100 gold after you complete the starter dungeon in act 1
I think as someone new to the game, I would agree with this. But they can have some "real" influence on the class.
Personally, I like Moon Druids.
I suggest just going with what you feel but if you're having a hard time deciding go with a more "simple" class: Fighter (Champion), Rogue (Thief), Wizard (Any).... These are all pretty straight-forward and will help you understand the basics. And check out these 2 guides:

They'll help you immensely.
Some like casters, some prefer melee, some want to shift shape into animals and maul their enemies to death...
It heavily depends on what you like...
Many people will tell you fighter for a beginner, I find that one of the most boring classes in the game...sure you don't have a whole lot you have to think about, just run in and hit things with a big stick...But if that was the game, I'd be bored rather quickly.
I personally very much prefer Cha-based casters like Sorcerer for big badaboom or Bards for battlefield control.
Others swear on the versatility of Wizards...
Play whatever speaks most to you, especially on lower difficulties anything should be possible. But even on higher difficulties, there is no real need for super specialised builds.
Rogue is the quintessential stealthy class. If you'd also like to cast spells or have a character who's good at lying/persuading/threatening people, you might want to take a look at bard, too. Bards can also be stealthy, as can rangers. You can also multiclass in this game, so your character could start out as a rogue and mix in some bard or ranger (or something else) later on if you want. And as others have said, you can easily respec your character if you decide they're not working out the way you wanted.
Have fun!
Look.
'Role Playing Game' aka 'RPG'. "Role Playing Game"
Additionally, 'CRPG'. "Combat, Role Playing Game".
Hence more intense fighting, more involved content.
