Is there anything like a Death Knight in D&D?
I’m not familiar with D&D so is there something like a Death Knight in Warcraft?

Like a heavily armored knight who uses dark powers, the opposite of a Paladin?

Oathbreaker all day every day

Step on roll up a Paladin
Step two Backstab everyone

Viola!

Oathbreaker (In the mold of a Death Knight but not exact)

There at least used to be Blackguards, no idea if they still exist in DnD because nobody is allowed to be evil anymore.

Oathbreaker Paladin, but you probably want to multiclass it with Death Cleric, Warlock, or Necromancer.

We need new alignment — Democratic Evil.
It's like devastating entire region, but no one blames you, because you translate democracy :D

As of full release there is an oathbreaker paladin that is probably what you are looking for. Just violate your oath several times to become one. It uses dark magic and is exactly opposite of a paladin. As for d&d as the game exists in its pen and paper iteration it exists as a monster: https://www.aidedd.org/dnd/monstres.php?vo=death-knight and as, yet again, an Oathbreaker. There are also rules for playing monster races in 5e so there's that. As for BG3 the closest you got is the Oathbreaker Paladin.

Oathbreaker Paladin with maybe some Warlock or Sorcerer (or both) is what you're looking for.
