I've never killed Gribbo or that one Goblin that only says "Tribe!"
No, there is nothing in the quest log to tell you that going to the goblin camp will have them agro you. Why is it not in the quest log, because you, like the OP, completely were not paying attention to what Minthara was telling you after you bedded her.
She explicitly tells you DO. NOT. GO. TO. THE. GOBLIN. CAMP. THEY. THINK. I. KILLED. YOU. AND. WILL. ATTACK. YOU. ON. SIGHT.
I seriously do not know how much more simple I can make it. I get that plenty of you probably were waxing your salami to the scene, and in the afterglow, completely lost focus on what the female was telling you. Sadly, that female was trying to protect you, and you two f'd it away. Good job.
Anyway, I loaded a save and confirmed that she does in fact warn you.
In the last line.
Of the last dialogue.
Before you get thrust back to the grove.
Where it's easily missed.
So drop the attitude, this does qualify as a player experience bug. The warning should be more forward in the conversation and harder to miss. Maybe a pop-up after the rest warning you that your faction standing changed? As-is, it is easy to accidentally skip even with speed-reading the subtitles, which leads to—as is evidenced by the existence of this thread—players getting aggroed by factions they worked hard to befriend without knowing why.
Thank you.
It's not "wrong", but it can be greatly improved. That's the difference between workable and great. It's only natural in a game of this scope to have places where information is missed, but it's our duty to try to point out those areas so they can be considered and possibly adjusted. You may not have found it troublesome, but others did. Your dismissing of valid concerns and complaints is unwarranted.
