Blurry makeup/tattoo/scar textures

Hi!
For some reason makeup/tattoo/scar textures in my game became blurry. I do have a lot of mods, but disabling all of them didnt help. The faces themselves (pores and skin) are OK and the game looks good. This problem appeared after I reinstalled windows, drivers are up to date. What may be the reason?
