I thought no one would care to sell those stuffs...
Rotten food in a cursed land add to the immersive side.
If you don't want to manage the rotten food, just don't pick it?
Personally I just loot equipment from bodies (heavy armour can be especially valuable) and containers that the game highlights for me, and that works just fine. You can even be quite frugal if you regularly sell stuff (preferably anything uncommon and below) that your group will never use.
uwutm8. I do pick up every piece of normal armor and weapons and junk that can sell more than 1 gold, how else do you afford the ungrateful Dammon's stuff in act 3 who won't even give you a discount?
Consider selling and buying items with characters with high charisma and persuasion, and not to buy not essential stuff.
Actually that's a good tip too. Initiating trade with your highest charisma character really helps with both buying and selling stuff.
