Best use of auntie Ethels hair with what base stats for Sorcerer

Trying to decide how to use this. What would you do?

I usually use it to get to 18 with my primary stat then at 4 use the feat to get to 20, or vice versa.

Charisma for Sorcerer should be obvious place to put it. Then either take 17 CHA at character creation or the Actor feat to get even numbers. For example.

Usually your main stat unless you are going for something different like High AC then Dex so you can try to go for that +6 dex modifier, or +7 as a gnome I think is the highest vanilla dex modifier.

Honestly for caster I'd just go main stat so charisma.

Well, for sorc it's pretty simple, use it on CHA to 18 (or 20 is you already at 19 due to lv4 stat increase).

CHA is a good place anyway because people tend to play CHA classes with their main character, so even if you respec later to bard or pally, I.E., you still have a useful +1.

Put 17 in charisma, choose charisma reward for 18 charisma, pick Ability Improvement feat and put 2 points in charisma to 20.

Because we're stuck with Standard Array "15-14-13-12-10-8" As a Sorcerer you want that 15 in Charisma, 14 in DEx and 13 in Con. !2 in Wisdom. 10 in Intelligence and 8 in strength. Pick a Race that gives +2 to charisma or at least +1 and then put +1 in Con. Your stats hould be "16 or 17 charisma, 14 dex, 14 con, 12 wisdom. 10 intelligence, 8 strength". Eat the hair for 18 charisma and then at level 4 either get Warcaster, Reslient Con or get +2 charisma. It's BG 3 though, you don't really need a stat higher then 18, its a really easy game even on Honor Mode.
