INFINTE DISPLACER BEASTS!!!

I just unlocked the displacer beast shape illithid power as a dual class thief/ranger and I'm not sure this if this is a bug, but I can basically attack with whip 3 times and then displace twice each turn...because each displacer beast clone lasts 3 turns, I can effectively create infinite displacer beast clones.

I won a particularly challenging battle in act 3 (that I had no clue was coming) by circling the big enemy with 6 clones...the guy couldn't move without getting tentacle whipped 12 times. Then, he had a weird explosion mechanic, so I displaced him far away from my party before he exploded; and he didn't even get my "real" displacer down to half health.

Finally, because the beast shape has a totally separate health bar than my character, I basically use it if he's down to low health as a particularly broken shield.

Just making sure, as an end game unlock, this is supposed to break combat, right?

Against 1 guy it may be really powerful. I had a fight with 1 melee robot guy and 2 ranged ones and it wasn't that op imo.
