HELP. Is there an NPC or an item in act 3 that can cure deceases?

Sorceries Sundries. Shadowheart should have cure spells.

Try remove curse, lesser restoration, greater restoration, lay on hands. try get scrolls of these spells or see if shadowheart has

Btw just notised that leaving a character to stay in the camp and not be with you on your adventures does not remove long rest buffs that they have already applied. And cleric has 6 different buffs that last until a long rest...
