This game is so damn handicapped that having 13th level would wreck havoc and make it a one shot for anything, I mean, I got Lae'Zel deal 250+ damage on the first round to Raphael, dude that's a massive fckup on planning, this guy is supposed to be da'♥♥♥♥ living on his own plane of existance and there he goes, snot and blood and whimpers on the first round, Karlach after, bitchslapped him even worse. It was over pretty damn soon, and that was at 11th level, a jump to 13th level on a Fighter or a Pally in this game is massive, plus having access to cloud giant elixir, oil of sharpness, haste potions...man..."Minced Devil for Dinner"
Having a 13th level increase would need a game re-design, scaling would make the experience worse than it is in my very humble opinion.

Im thinking you not only need a level cap but should also have had a more restrictive parenting cap to your freedom growing up. XD
