Why is only Astarion allowed to be “Happy”?

So I made all this effort to build a perfect flexible alpha male character, made him strong , high dexterity and strength, gave him the biggest dong I could chose.

Then Astarion pretty much rapes his neck one night and the next day he has this “happy” condition.

So I’m like great if I made this guy so happy just for biting my neck, imagine what condition Shadowhearth will have when I finally get inside her pants.

So I went through all the trouble to finally get her into the right position on the beach, we banged and then… nothing !

I was really disappointed that she didn’t have “Happy” condition on her the next day after all that effort especially with such a gifted stud like my main and that really bothers me to this day.

It’s like my main didn’t really do a good enough job to give her the Happy condition and then after that night she never offered to hook up again.

This really irks my ego and liarin should patch this immediately to where if you bang a companion, both you and them should get Happy condition or at least explain why after such a hot night they aren’t “happy”.

I also play monk so I have great stamina , great looks and great personality, you can spin it however you want but banging a companion should award both “happy” condition.

Just how Astarion was happy and went hunting feeling powerful and confident, so should shadowhearth perform better after a night of hot sex on the beach and so should my character too

Well... if you are constantly happy, there will be no visible perfomance boost from being happy because that's your default.

Sure there is. Depending on how happy you are you are able to more easily put greater effort in before becoming stressed or upset and the inverse of that statement also fits. What you are describing is a state of perfect bliss 24/7 which isnt even possible to achieve physically for human brains at least. We dont got enough ability to create dopamine for that.

It’s a game where they gave the option for chicks to have diks and for companions to be gay only and only so that LBGT people in real life can be happy that they are “represented “.

Well i also want my real life sexuality to be represented and in real life all chicks I ever banged were “happy” the next day and wanted more .

So I expect my avatar in game to also be able to make my chosen lover “happy”.

It’s a simple thing to ask, if they went all the way to allow chicks in game to have diks to represent certain minorities then I want to be represented too

emmmm... Astarion gets the condition 'cause he drinks "intelligent blood" (he tell you about it next day if the right dialogs are chosen). It is not a sexual thing, he is a vampire and for the rest of the day will be stronger, and you'll be weaker. The same way he has the happy buff you have a drained debuff because you have less blood that you should... After the bite scene Astarion can use his fangs in combat to drain enemies blood healing himself a bit in the process and if the target is humanoid he gains the same happy status.

So no, it's not about you, only about blood.

Doesn’t matter, the constitution doesn’t say “well fed” it sais “happy” meaning that happiness as a day condition should be able to be acquired in other ways too, sex should definitely be one , like it really is a perfect mini reward for going through all the points of romance with anyone and end up with a hot sex all night .

you made an "alpha" based on bad alpha wolf data. you should have got the disappointed debuff. you know the one. its the same look everyone gives you irl.

I completely agree that if you chose a small dong when you created your character you should get “disappointed “ debuff on shadoheart Instead , same if you have a char with high charisma but low dex and strength.

But in my case just like in real life my avatar is a stud who would never disappoint and deserves a “happy” condition

Kingdom Come: Deliverance had that mechanic.
"Alpha Male: Your needs have been satisfied and it shows. You're feeling self-confident. Charisma +2."
(and if you went to a bathhouse to have sex you would also get a Charisma +1 from having fresh clothes)

But you would lose the Virgin achievement though.
