Is there any way to rescue Duke Ravenguard while also killing Gorlash at his coronation?

I knocked him out using non-lethal attacks, since that seemed like it should work, but there's no interaction from any of the followers to suggest this is actually saving him. Wyll is completely silent for example.

It's not that hard a fight, a moon druid can prettymuch solo it.

I just hasted my moon druid and then had the rest of the party sit in a corner while he killed all of them. He kills one a turn in air myrmidon form.

You cannot save him during coronation because he has tadpoles and won't trigger shield from the absolute's voice from Dream Guardian that early.

Damnit... I like the idea of walking into his coronation and killing him though. It's a shame I can't stick ravenguard in my pocket and then shove him into the magical camp that I store in my ass since it seems like everyone in there is immune to the brain.
