Tempest cleric with 1 level wizard build question.

Ok I've got Shadowheart as a 6 level Tempest Cleric and I'm thinking of adding 1 level of wizard due to the chain lightening spell can get. by copying the spell to her spell book from a scroll. Would this be doable and is there a chain lightening scroll? Or would it be better to add more levels to the wizard?

Wizard spells learn from scrolls are going to go into the wizard spellbook and use INT for DC.

1 level is enough but you still need high INT.
