I tried and tried, and could not get her to join. Anyone have any luck?

I later found her dead. I put her corpse in my chest in camp in case she can be revived later. Hopefully...

No i was with Mommy Karlach first but then the dialogues with Shadowheart switched my mind. Breaking the relation with Karlach was heartbreaking though, took me a while to do that choice. Voice acting is on point.

No i was with Mommy Karlach first but then the dialogues with Shadowheart switched my mind. Breaking the relation with Karlach was heartbreaking though, took me a while to do that choice. Voice acting is on point.

Yep because Shadowhearth is strictly the superior female, both in looks , romance and personality.

At first when you meet her Karlach seems fun and exotic , but then you realize she is boring on top of being overly muscular and her sex scene from what I read on here is dumb as well, she lifts you up and does all the bonking as if she is the man and you are her ♥♥♥♥♥. Although i never seen it , not even curious but you can correct me if I am wrong about it.

Now imagine if they replaced Wyll with Alfira and had that romance scene where he dances alone and offers you to dance but it’s Alfira on his place. That would have been a great romance option and would really have made me think if I should go for Alfira or Shadowheart.

As the game is, Shadowheart has zero competition and it gets boring to play the same romance / sex scene 5 times in 5 different games .

And yet 5 times of the same with her still beats anything else they offer, showing how much they neglected is straight males in that aspect

I... typically kill all of them. My husband wanted to take her because of the temple. So beyond knowing about Halsin and the Drow due to this play though I don't know much about them.

That has nothing to do with character design and everything to do with not wanting camp to be a soap opera every time we rest. Lol

I like Shadowheart a lot, but I also find Karlach and Lae'zel attractive. It's so weird to me (since I had broad tastes in women) to find guys being all weird about "my waifu is the only TRUE waifu and everyone picking something else is WRONG!!!"

Like dude, liking aggressive or strong women (Lae'zel) or big warm encouraging muscle mommies (Karlach) is just fine and just as heterosexual for a guy as liking Shadowheart is. And it makes you seem super insecure about your choices and tastes that you've got to try to turn it into a moral/political issue for not having the same taste in women that you do.

Edit: Oh, and forgot Minthara. Have no clue what her romance is like - I killed her almost immediately since I was doing a good playthrough and I haven't started my evil playthrough yet.
