The rest of the Stronghold of Shar is accessible via ACT 2 Grand Mausoleum in the Graveyard behind House of Healing - it takes the name of "Gauntlet of Shar".
A brief backstory if you would - Forge been there before anyone else, Dwarven origins, Shar followers then build a temple around the forge without knowing how to use it until later it became one of the focal point of Shar's worshipers and Keltheric Throm renovated more than a century ago to turn the temple into a stronghold of Dark Justicars to help him in the coming battle of Riethwin (ACT 2). Forge was later renamed Grymforge by one of named Shar's Dark Justicars (mentioned in the book found in the Grymforge) after they figure out how to use it to produce excellent weapons for themselves, and built a wonder weapon to guard the forge.
