My game Crashes when Loading at 17% or 33%

I have tried pretty much everything I can find online to do. Reset cash, Delete larian file, bypass Windows Defender, Launch from BG folder and skip launcher, Update all drivers, turned off all overlays, set the game to directly go to Nvidia graphics card and run on high performance and there are more.
The consistent thing that might give someone a clue to what is going on is it crashes every time at 17% or 33%. 17% when running from launcher and 33% when bypassing launcher.
If anyone has another suggesting, please let me know!

Not sure what you are describing:

* Crash during actual start of Launcher
* Crash during actual start of BG3 title page
* Crash during load of Save or 'Continue'
* Crash during Update?

Any message, or just CTD?

I dont even get to the main screan. I hit play in steam. it starts to load and then crashes becore it gets to main menue.

When the launcher pops up are you using DX11 or Vulkan?

I tried Vulkan just for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles, and it still didnt work.

That's very strange. I hit 'Play' on Steam and it gets to the game launcher almost immediately, there is no progress bar showing % activity.

Check the Manage Downloads screen on Steam and see if there is an update in the queue.

Also, have you EVER used any Mods on BG3?

You didn't buy the game during EA did you?

If you did, you're supposed to completely uninstall the game and delete all affiliated folders/files before installing the full release.

I think he means after the launcher, that initial loading screen before the "press any key" screen.
