Fighting my way out of the Gith Creche
So, faced all the spoiler stuff, still have Lae'zel. got the super artifact, beat the Inquisitor, and the captain. But now the rest of the creche is basically just waiting for me in various rooms. I took down the Quartermaster and the Gate guards. Is there any reason to go after the trainee room and the infirmary?

I feel bad killing a bunch of kids/trainees and am waffling on just forgoing loot and XP, but I'm worried I'll miss something important.

I killed all of them once they turned hostiles after I killed the inquisitor. They are invaders, they are not friendly people either way. I do not feel bad about clearing the crèche.

Lae'zal was in my team and I convinced her to follow my way. I just finished this part tonight.

Only reason is xp and maybe some loot to sell. You got the story parts done, just fast travel out.

It might still be worth going to the hatchery if you haven't, and there's a plot thing for Lae'zel in the back of the infirmary. You should be able to skip the trainee room without missing anything though, the teacher has some gear but I think it was just regular stuff for the gith around there

Yes and yes. Infirmary is important. Trainee’s room has a side quest item.

Oh but you can’t get the bonus from infirmary since they are hostile now.
