Can you brute force your way into this game?
I know the game has multiple approaches and endings etc, and everyone plays on his own style.
But has anyone simple brute forced his way out? Simply killing everyone in his way? absolute minimal role play / storyline and riddles?
Is this even possible?

Yeah but that isn't brute forcing more tactical stuff that is time consuming
smite is just rush enemy and unga bunga flash bonk :wizorblaugh:

I mean half the time as long as you get everyone in position then you can just kill everyone in a single turn sneak attacking x3
Yeah but that requires strategy wich isn't brute forcing
brute force is more for people that dunno wtf they doing and need a bonk button to do tons of dmg

Yeah you can easiest way imo is paladin
just make main character and companions paladin and smite your way throught the game :ujel:

I feel like you can cheese the game well with Rogues/Rangers as well, maybe add in one other thing for flavor. Stealth/ambushes and sneak attack bonuses and stuff seem busted even if you only have a single Assassin Rogue.
rogues are weak. only thing good from them is level 3 extra bonus action

No, you can't brute force the game without any thought. There's no real issue to do so in act 1, but in act 2, you will need to find a way to deal with the shadow curse and the nightsong, and the last one necessitates to do the Shar gauntlet, which contains a few puzzles.
don't worry about missing content from dead people. There are points in the story where you can turn on playable characters, and rather than missing out on content it opens up new content.

The game can bury you in dialogue so its ok to click *attack* if you don't want to click on sentences for 5 minutes before actually fighting.

Ambush and kill enemy, now you are invisible

Yep pretty easily too. Unlike the old Kotor games you dont even need good gear to steamroll through this game.

There's a sci-fi writer expression (I last heard it from Isaac Arthur):

"If brute force isn't working, you aren't using enough of it."

Sure you can… but I don’t know why anyone would buy this game just to kill everyone and not care about the story / dialogue.

You are better off playing something like Diablo 4 if you don’t want dialogue and just kill stuff for gear

It’s one of the many many play styles available, yes.

I did not think twice about storming Moonrise Tower. I think your supposed to trick your way into it get some quest and leave, but I just took an army of 20 summoned creatures and endured a 3.5 hour long encounter to the top of the tower. My guy wasn't going to bother talking with these cultist freaks, so I brute forced my way through. Worth it, though I would not try again.

Isnt there stuff in Balthazars room that give info so you can continue the questline regardless?
