Lost all my permanents buff

Hi folks, like the tittle says.

I don't know why, or how, or when.. But I recently noticed that my MC lost all his permanents buffs.
Maybe it was yesterday, or the day before, sincerelly I just find it out.
I Lost Loviathar and Githzerai, and other buff i can't recall. Everything except the eye that Volo gave me.

Someone else has this issue?

Did you die at some point? Seems to remove all buffs (at least it did for me and I did not notice right away so did not feel like trying to "rewind time").

I could see the Loviator buff disappearing as you move beyond the veil even temporarily your blessings might be stripped by the god whose realm you enter upon death, but the Githzerai buff is the knowledge of a mind technique, and that should stay with you forever as a memory.

Dunno about the Githzerai one. I kept that til to the end in my game, but I did not die after getting it.

I died in the Githyanki fight before going to the Creche and lost Loviator and the Grove buff from the statue (although I do not know if that buff was supposed to be permanent or just temporary).

Yes, now I remember that my MC died in a fight. And have to go with Whiters to revive me.
So, that's the case.

Seems that the permanent buffs gone if you die =/
