I think so.
This is a great video about a Karlach Throwmancer build. Should answer most of your questions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICwwAJ6Dv_0
I tested it, and it works perfectly - the only problem is AOE attack that kills bystanders :D
Thanks peeps.
I think just in level 5 you will have access to 4 throws or something. 2 full attacks and 2 from enraged throw bonus action.
And they all get the sneak attack damage. It's kinda obsurd. I don't know if it's the highest damage but it's really fun.
You can also just store dead enemies in a sack and throw them absolutely hilarious.
I've taken out enemies just throwing the dang massive camping sack. Cracks me up every time.
Oh absolutely a medium armor dexterity dumper for big AC and damage gains.
Also Daggers are one of the most loved weapons by the devs, so many options and great upgrades constantly.
Love knives so much they didn't include knife master rogue. Hate it's not in here
Now with the new Path of Giants barbarian you really want to be throwing. The thing is when I just throw, ant not get hit myself, the rage ends (cause throwinf isn't a weapon attack).
Rage does not require a weapon attack to keep going. It requires you to deal damage or take damage. Period. Rage Thrower Barbarian is a thing because Berserker, a base class, gets Throw as a Bonus action and people have been using pure throwing builds since before launch.
