Shield mod question

So I wanna play sword and shield battlemaster but not showing shield on back ruins the immersion for me.
Do you know if I install the shield on back mod my achievements will be deactivated??

Modding the game at all disables achievements. There's another mod that bypasses the check and re-enables achievements, i'm sure.
