Dark Urge removing class dialogue options?

So I noticed that on a dark urge playthrough I wasnt seeing class options that were there on a previous run as the same class. Am I missing something here, or does dark urge override class dialogue choices?

I'm playing a Paladin/Warlock Durge and I get dialogue choiced for all the time.
