How to Keep Orin Alive? [Spoiler] </3
How?

I don't care about my companions, my goal as Dark Urge is to reap the world, I could use Orin to work with/under me, at least I can tell her to kill my kidnapped companion.

Why would I rage she usurped me, we still have same common goal. while she goes with quality I do quantity.

And why is Shadowheart ♥♥♥♥♥♥, her end goal is the same, as a follower of Shar she wants to end up in nothingness too, kind goes along destroying the world. Perfect suicide squad, Dark Urge, Orin and Shadowheart.

But the game forces you into this vengeance against Orin and Orin is too ego to work under me ♥♥♥♥ this.

And her bossfight is way too easy/featureless.

I know only 2% played as Dark Urge but please make my dark dreams work out, I am ready to sacrifice all my companions, every NPC, all gear which kinda makes sense as a Bhaalist and Only after destroying the world kill each other with Orin.

Orin is not trustworthy. Besides, it's a ritual of Bhaalspawn that they must murder each other until only the strongest is left.

Also, Bhaal wants to murder the world. Shar wants to end all things - Bhaal included. Their goals don't align, trust me.

How exactly did Orin end up a Bhaalspawn anyway? When Sarevok was resurrected by the Bhaalspawn (Abdel Adrian) he lost his divine essence and wasn't a Bhaalspawn anymore, so she couldn't have inherited the divine essence from him.

For Orin and Bhaal: Bhaal and his followers aren't about working together. It's about making the ultimate killler to choose as his chosen that will kill literally everything. The Durge is literally a piece of Bhaal fashioned into a mortal form , so you killing Orin to prove your worth is exactly what Bhaal wants. Bhaal is the God of Murder. If you aren't his mortal rep, you're just another thing to murder to him.

For the Shar part: Different gods, different portfolios, different goals. Shar wants all of existence to cease (or at least be shrouded in infinite darkness), while Bhaal wants infinite murder and slaughter. These aren't the same thing.

Also, Shadowheart has her own individuality tied into things. She worships Shar but she's also heavily brainwashed and her perspective of Shar isn't accurate. Her disgust and horror to her fellow Shar worshippers drives this home even moreso.

You're not Dark Urge if you keep anyone alive though

I'm okay with murdering her, but in the end, some other Bhaal character asked about my goal which was to become the last one standing and end myself, which contradicts infinite murder, but she said it's the Purest Bhaal goal, I'd say that goal is more keen to shar then.

Basically, I want to leave her for desert after the world destruction part, only thing I've found out is that if you speak to her mother before the fight you can make her have doubts but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Bhaal still pushes the narative.

If only I could argue with gods, didn't go well with Vlakith :D

Orin wants exactly one thing, and that's to murder you. And once you're dead, move on to the next "pet" to murder. So no, she forces the issue and there's no talking her out of it or partnering up with her.

As I said, if you get info from her mum you can make her hesitate, think about her faith in Sarevok, then you'll be fighting her in her Slayer form, in Dark Urge the mc isn't her "pet" even by Orin's standards.

I'm alright with her wanting to kill me and otherwise. that's kinda our religion but please let it be the final thing.

So basically I can slay gods, persuade an Orthon to kill itself, but making my sister have a happier time is such a no no, not a single thread searching for this,
I don't understand, does she die in every type of play-through?

Orin's writing is a joke anyway, feels like they wrote her entire story in 5h

Fun fact: next to Orin's bed is the naked corpse of the default dark urge, if you don't pick that origin

Orin usurped the dark urge, not to mention she wants to be chosen thus eliminating the ability to keep her alive, its been the way of the (Bhaal's) chosen to remove their own until there is only one left. This is why Sarevok attacks you after killing her because they also want to be Bhaals chosen. If you become an unholy assassin you can speak with Abazigal who informs you as much.
