I just cannot get over how much fan service is in this game! First time in Act 3, and I just found the butter fork, and that sword and that recipe page. And now I am grinning from ear to ear. and also really hoping that this is suggesting what I think it is suggesting. Well done, Larian, well done indeed, and thanks for making my evening :-)

Yep, pick it up, and the Emperor will telepathically murmur these he's missing his butter knife.

You did notice there's an inscription about Anchorome on his sword, right?

I ain't saying anything more. I think what you suspect, is soon to be revealed.


I personally view it as a somewhat pointless retcon, but they left plenty of foreshadowing for it.
