Save the Druids and make Mintara available in Act 2?
If you stun Mintara when she storms the Druid camp, will she be available in the second act?

Yes, that's the 'new' method introduced a few patches ago.
Bait her into attacking the Grove, knock her out (non-lethal) then save her at the Tower in Act 2.

Just want to point out that this is the MUUUCH harder version of the KO-trick, because you're gonna have 5 allies during this fight who will take potshots at Minty if her forces are worn down enough, as well as the 15-some-odd adds she brings for the raid, as well as the fact that if they break that gate you're gonna have a whole bunch more allies added in who will attack with abandon.

An easier way to save both Minthara and the Grove is to bait her into combat in her little office in the Shattered Sanctum. Attack her with Shovel to start a surprise round, break the drum to stop the rest of the camp from swarming you, pop that Eye with a Thunderwave or Chromatic Orb if you can, knock her out during the fight. It's less adds (no more than like 5), more controlled (surprising her allows you to perform setup), and goes for the same overall solution of a neutral run.

This method's only kink in the hose is the fact that Gut & Ragzlin have to die before the next long rest in order to keep her KO'd, and you have to prep the Underdark beforehand/during if you want to accomplish that half of Act 1 Part 2. This, however, is easier to pull off. Gut can be dialogue-killed (Korilla slits her throat if you let Gut take you prisoner, and Ragzlin only has 7 adds (3 of which are commoners) with himself being the biggest b*tch in the room). As for the Underdark, you can get there via the well in the Blighted Village or via the secret passage in the Zhentarim Hideout.

I find the easiest way to deal with Minthara in the Shattered Sanctum is to just shove the eye into a chasm where she can see you. Gets rid of the eye at the same time as it provokes a fight. That way you just have 2 goblins and Minthara to deal with.
After that, knock her out and take out the other leaders out before a long rest, and you're all set.

you don't need to stun her during the druid camp attack tho, i think it goes walk in goblin camp kill the two leaders and then ko minth and talk to halsin if all goes right he'll go to the grove and she will be gone when you go back after the camp night and should show up in the tower during the judgement scene where you can go to the basement and save her. thats what ive done and it works i have both her and halsin in my group which is a bit odd but i think thats just something they should fix cause its odd her and halsin share the same camp location.

That is one way, the other way is to just knock her out in the goblin camp with non-lethal attacks, however you HAVE to do the mission "defeat the goblin leaders" in that same day.
So make sure you long rest before you take them all on in the camp.
(The others already answered it, but I thought I make a short version of it)

Yes. However, if you already have Halsin in the camp, the game will probably treat him as being dead after you get Minthara. If so, there's an easy fix. Just have Withers resurrect him.

No, he doesn't die. However, the poor schlum does become homeless as Minthara takes over his tent. They also still don't appear to acknowledge each other's existence.

but but but why are we saving Minthara only?. Oh, because we know she can be a party member. Doesn't bother anyone?. She clearly is intended for "evil" playthroughs.

Why is she so important to you and everyone. If you're playing a "good" person then why are you saving her and only her?. "Hey, you murder death kill everyone, but you're the perfect fit to our goody good party.... also we know you will join".

Kind of immersion breaking, imo.

Maybe Larian should have made so there was dialog about capturing her alive for the grove. That way they can get answers . Of course, she escapes during act 2 or the over sleep and you find her meeting her fate at the towers.

It isn't until later that we find out they're all being mind controlled. Maybe never finding out. I think only Minthara ever gets the chance to talk about it.

If ever changed then they would need it to be revealed. Perhaps in the prison she could be cursing them for taking her free will and begging to be saved.
